ContractAI provides an AI-powered platform for generating, analyzing, reviewing, and managing legal contracts and documents. The Service includes AI-generated contract templates, risk analysis tools, e-signature capabilities, and related features. ContractAI is a software tool and does not provide legal advice.
3. Not Legal Advice
The content generated by ContractAI, including all contract templates and analyses, is provided for informational and operational purposes only. It does not constitute legal advice and should not be relied upon as such. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified attorney for any legal matters. ContractAI is not a law firm and the use of our Service does not create an attorney-client relationship.
4. User Accounts
You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. ContractAI reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) generate documents intended to defraud or harm others; (b) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (c) infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others; (d) transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content; (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ContractAI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Documents you generate using ContractAI belong to you, subject to your subscription plan.
7. Subscription and Billing
Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
8. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of the content you create using the Service.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. ContractAI does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ContractAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
10. Termination
ContractAI may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause or notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, ContractAI, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the date at the bottom of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
